The villa is located in a great area, within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops and bars. The famous Nissi Beach is around a 10-minute walk away, while other quieter beaches can be reached in about 5 minutes. Ayia Napa’s popular bar street is also nearby, making the villa a convenient choice for both relaxing beach holidays and evenings out.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. It is a good choice for families, couples, groups of friends or anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything needed for preparing meals during the stay. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or outside in the garden dining area.
The villa has one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as an additional toilet on the ground floor for extra convenience.
All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa also offers a private swimming pool, outdoor space for relaxing, and free parking within the complex.

Nissi Beach is just 10 minutes away, Vathia Gonia Beach and the MUSAN Museum are 5 minutes away, and restaurants, shops, and the bar street are all nearby. Local buses run regularly, and free private parking is available if you rent a car or buggy. Airport transfers from Larnaca can also be arranged on request.
