This charming villa, surrounded by palm trees, offers a private pool that creates a peaceful and secluded atmosphere for the perfect getaway.
The villa is just a 10-minute walk to the famous Nissi Beach, renowned for its turquoise waters. Only a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find equally beautiful but quieter beaches. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants and bars, and if you’re looking for vibrant nightlife, the famous bar street is just a 7-minute walk away.
Villa Green Garden features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals that can be enjoyed both indoors and in the garden outdoor dining area. The villa has one full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and there is also an additional toilet on the ground floor for extra convenience.
All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (renovated in 2025) and free parking within the complex.
Baby cots are available upon request.
Additional guest policy: An extra folding bed is available for €50 per day, for one additional guest beyond the 6-person capacity (maximum 1 extra guest).
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for €130.

Our villas are located within walking distance to everything you need. Nissi Beach is just 10 minutes away, Vathia Gonia Beach and the MUSAN Museum are 5 minutes away, and restaurants, shops, and the bar street are all nearby. Local buses run regularly, and free private parking is available if you rent a car or buggy. Airport transfers from Larnaca can also be arranged on request.

The villa was very nice and exactly as expected. Denis and Marina responded quickly and gave clear instructions and helpful recommendations.
